Founded in 1852, Rodier began as a textile innovator, creating new luxury fabrics such as kasha, a goat and cashmere jersey used by Coco Chanel post WW1. After debuting a ready to wear collection in the 1950s, their fame rose in the 1980s. The brand faded in the 1990s, but now has a new life under designer Emilie Luc-Duc, who trained under Vanessa Bruno and Anne Valerie Hash.
ps. Here is an interview with Emilie Luc-Duc and merci in Paris!
